Quality policy

Elen’s Quality Policy is based on three principles:

1. Customer satisfaction: regarding the performance and reliability of the products, the rapid development of solutions and flexibility and punctuality regarding deliveries.

2. Error prevention: by using methods such as FMEA, control plans, preventive actions and the system of “getting it right the first time.”

3. Continuous Improvement: a management team that focuses on reducing waste and increasing speed and flexibility, continual staff training and improving the product range.
